Excellent high end rental home in central Phoenix. Well equipped/stocked and excellent management.

This was our second visit at this house & it was just as perfect as ever. Great location, minutes from everything you need. Gorgeous home; truly one of a kind decor & layout. We will be back again!

This house has everything! Updated appliances, comfortable beds, modern, bicycles for bike path, peloton, in a great area! Swimming pool - loved our time here!

Great home with beautiful furniture, mostly RH, comfortable beds, everything in the kitchen you could need and wonderful outdoor space. The home is spacious and bright. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is a short drive to attractions (including shopping and restaurants). The Peloton, weights and Sonos were wonderful upgrade features to enjoy.

The management company is anxious to help and very responsive to all requests; they supplied a very clean home, the sheets are laundered and the huge supply of towels are fluffy. The home is new and impeccably maintained. The pool service did a great job. The backyard is filled with hummingbirds and butterflies which were a source of entertainment.

A lovely home which is immaculately maintained. It was a perfect setting for a family vacation. Enjoyed the heated pool and whirlpool every day, even though our stay was in early February. I highly recommend this property.

This is one of the most beautifully decorated well maintained homes we have stayed in. The floor plan is terrific, bedding terrific, kitchen well stocked and everything seems very new.

The only negative I would say is that while Central Ave. is a nice artery to provide access to other parts of Phoenix, road noise can be heard. Everything else is perfect.

I’ve rented lots of vacation properties all over the country, and this incredible home rivals or tops them all. Absolutely immaculate in every way with high end finishes throughout. Perfect for entertaining— our extended family of seven had plenty of room to spread out, and we spend most days outside in the gorgeous pool. Super convenient location, too. Highly recommend!

Beautifully crafted, new, modern home. Central location was easy to get around town. All the interior and exterior home amenities were in perfect condition, and as advertised. Being on Central provides great access to the entire valley, and direct access to the walking trail on N. Central Avenue.

Wow, what an exceptional property. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic, clean home, beautiful pool, wonderful spa, great outdoor entertainment area with SONOS music, great towels, high end appliances, bicycles and helmets, etc. You will NOT be sorry if you rent this home - we WILL return to this property again.

Luxury on Central is a fantastic home... from relaxing in the beautiful backyard with the pool, jacuzzi and kitchen to the great walking and biking trails right out the door. The home is setup perfectly and is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen, outdoor grill and outdoor eating area were great. We'll definatley be coming back!

We had a fabulous time during our stay at this home. The hone was exceptionally clean! Everything was the highest quality-from the new furnishings, accessories and artwork, to bedding. No detail has been left out; the home had plenty of outdoor dishes and barware which which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful private pool and spa and patio area. We thoroughly enjoyed taking the cruiser bikes on a ride on the convenient trail across the street. Jamie and her team were friendly, and helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. We cannot wait for our next visit!!

The title of this rental truly says it all! We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at Luxury off Central. Every last detail was perfect. The home was spotless making our stay extra comfortable and safe. Each and every items was the highest of quality from the beds and bedding to the new and stylish furniture and artwork and av equipment (Sonos system and new Samsung smart tvs in each bedroom and living room). We enjoyed the incredible backyard-with comfortable outdoor lounge furniture and different zones for hanging out. The pool and spa rival amenities one would expect at a luxury hotel. The icing on the cake for us was taking the cruiser bikes out for a spin on the bike friendly trail across the street. We hope to return again soon!

Luxury on Central was the perfect place to bring in the New Year and my birthday with our small group. The home is designed beautifully and very spacious. CJ was also extremely helpful throughout our stay.
